Do you impact on the number of mourners if there are restrictions on people allowed at a funeral?

No our technicians are classed as a member of the funeral staff so we do not reduce your capacity for attendance.

Do you require an internet connection or power?

We are fully self contained and do not require any power or wifi. Our vehicles are equipped with multi network cellular and satellite equipment so we create own own internet hotspots. We can therefore stream from any location, Churches, Crematoriums and Graveside.

Will the service be intruded by equipment and your staff?

No we are extremely discreet. Our cameras are small and operated remotely from the side or rear of the church. Many people comment that they did not even know we were there. Unobtrusive, tasteful, and respectful are frequently used words by clients following a stream.

Is there a limit to the amount of people who can watch the stream?

There is no limit to viewers, the platform we use is called Vimeo which is a premium streaming site. Each funeral has its own unique private channel accessible only to the people you share the link with.

Can people visit the channel prior to the funeral?

Yes, we will ask you to provide a photograph of the person who has passed away. Once we have provided you with the link you can visit it in the days leading to the funeral to check you have accessed it correctly.

Can I watch the funeral afterwards?

Once the stream has ended the video will archive and you will be able to watch the service again immediately from the start. This will stay on the channel for at least 28 days.

Do I receive a copy of the video?

48 hours after the stream you can download your own copy for safekeeping.
